Try this tiny exercise next time your brain starts spiraling:

Step 1: Name it.
“This feels like uncertainty.”
“This feels like pressure.”
“This feels like the messy middle.”

Step 2: Nudge it.
“I don’t need to solve my whole life today.”
“I just need to take one steady next step.”

Step 3: Choose one calm action.
Drink a glass of water.
Reply to one email.
Take a hot shower.
Walk barefoot on the grass.
Write one paragraph.

Do just one thing that brings you back to yourself.

Small actions tell your nervous system:
“I’m safe. I’m here. I can move.”

5) Your January Permission Slip🌟

This month, you don’t have to force clarity.

You don’t have to rush your timeline.

You don’t have to pressure yourself into becoming “brand new” overnight.

January isn’t always a fresh start.

Sometimes January is a soft reset.

A recalibration.

A slow breath.
